Description
Snapdragon/Toadflax - Linaria maroccana - these beautiful wild flowers grow in abundance along the river banks and in the meadows. It is not native to Montana, is indigenous to Morocco. since it is from North Africa, it prefers loose sandy soil. i photographed these golden snapdragons in a meadow in the wilderness of Lake County Montana 23 June 2010. Canon EOS 50D
