i am so fortunate to have seen the first born Bison calf of this year at the National Bison Range in Montana. how precious and cute it is! how loving and protective its mother, surrounded by the other bison, the mother stands with her newborn baby in the watering hole by the Mission Creek just hours after this calf was born in May 2010
