early one morning I was outdoors walking in the meadow when I saw this adorable little baby rabbit in the grass. so young and cute, apparently it was born in a burrow underground near an outbuilding and had only just emerged on this morning for its first adventure in the world.
This baby bunny allowed me to pick it up and cuddle it, I petted it and took some photographs. Then I set it free where it played for a while before returning underground to its nest. Later that day I saw some of its littermates, each baby rabbit was of a different colour. This baby, even tho born in the wild, is a domestic rabbit of mixed breed. I think this baby is only about 3 or 4 weeks old, it is so small, about the size of a tennis ball :))
