Description
"Island Sisters" is a Gouache Painting i painted for my twin sister, Sharon Mau. Painted from my memory of one of the beaches she had taken me to the day before. On the beautiful tropical island of Maui where my sister and her husband Jacob Mau live.
My painting is a scene of a sunset, the young mermaid sits on the lava rocks celebrating the sun while the sea turtles play in the ocean.
